Nutrition Program

A nutrition program consists of counting macronutrients and hitting targets, timing and coordination of meals, food quality guidance, recording data such as weigh ins and pictures, and have the option of bonus content that can help maximize results and energy levels. 

Fitness Program

A fitness program includes an initial biomechanical assessment and movement analysis, followed by a customized training program that includes a combination of weightlifting, stabilization and balance, mobility, and injury prevention.

Baseball Specific Services

Speed & Agility

A speed and agility program consists of a tailored regimen involving sprints, plyometrics, dynamic and explosive movements to work towards desired goals. Additional guidance is given through foot/ankle strength and stability, movement correctives, and force production.

Remote Movement Consultation w/ Correctives

A remote or in person movement consultation, followed by a detailed regiment of corrective movements, mobility, and end range stability in order to increase fluidity and performance. 

Remote Throwing Program w/ Recovery

A remote or in person throwing consultation discussing the goals of a thrower, followed by a throwing program, arm care regimen, and in depth recovery and strength training tailored to specific needs. 

Remote Hitting Consultation w/ Routine

A remote or in person hitting consultation, discussion about cues or feels that may resonate with the client, a hitting regimen to clean up any swing deficiencies, followed by weekly meetings and video analysis to ensure progress and direction.
